  • Super Moon & Lunar Eclipse

    This was my first ever attempt at taking photos of a Lunar Eclipse. Unfortunately, it was very hazy that night and I don’t have a very powerful zoom lens…but these two turned out ok. In 2033, when the next Super-moon/blood-moon/lunar eclipse happens, I will be ready! But, until then, here is what I got!

  • Photo: Camping in Eastern Oregon (2012)

    The Eastern Oregon Sky could arguably be considered one of the best star viewing areas on the planet! I wish I had made it out there for this year’s meteor shower, but since I didn’t here is a photo from a camping trip last summer…it will have to do until next year!

    This photo is from July 4, 2012, but since I don’t think I will be out tonight taking photos I thought I would post something from last year…This year I am going to avoid the chaos and escape to somewhere more peaceful!
